Due to the nature of press-on nails and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund where appropriate.
Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size before placing an order. We recommend purchasing a sizing kit if you are unsure, as we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we are happy to assist you in tracking your order if needed.
